PERSKINDOL Cool gel arnica contains 20% arnica extract and reduces haematoma (bruising) development in the tissue after blunt injuries and acts to alleviate pain and reduce swelling. The gel also contains the active ingredient levomenthol, that is responsible for the rapid cooling of the affected part of the body.
