Oil capsule: Food supplement with vitamins and the omega-3 fatty acids EPA+DHA.

Ingredients: perilla oil, algae oil, modified corn starch, humectants: glycerol, golden millet oil, stabilizer: carrageenan, sodium phosphates; D-alpha-tocopherol.

Herbal capsule: Food supplement with vitamins, zinc, green tea extract and herbs.

Ingredients: green tea extract (41%), bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, L-ascorbic acid, corn starch, stabilizer: polyvinyl-pyrrolidone, polyvinylpolypyrrolidone; seabuckthorn flour, herbal mixture (2%), nicotinamide, calcium-Dpantothenate, stabilizer: hydroxypropyl cellulose, hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; glazing agent: talc, zinc carbonate, calcium carbonate, pyridoxine hydrochloride,riboflavin-5-phosphate (sodium), thiamin hydrochloride, pteroylglutamic acid (folates), D-biotin, cyanocobalamin, sodium selenate; colorant: copper complexes of chlorophylls and chlorophyllins.

RECOMMENDED INTAKE
One oil capsule and one herbal capsule per day, with plenty of water, ideally after the first meal of the day.

The two capsules can be taken at different times.
